Day 1

The flight from Heathrow to JFK, New York was very smooth and seemed to be very quick at 7 hours and 5 minutes. Passing through immigration was a totally different experience taking almost 1 hour 30 minutes. Talk about London airports going to be slow during the Olympics.

Finally arrived at hotel just before 8pm, a quick bite to eat and off to bed before an early start on day 2 – tour of New York.
