Haven’t managed a run in Bloemfontein, it was raining when I got up and not sure where the safe routes are. Went to the gym instead and did 30 minutes on the bike. Ready for breakfast now.

I’ve been following the Blues travelling woes, including pictures of them trying to rest/ sleep on chairs and on the floor of airport lounge – what a nightmare trip they’ve had and hardly the best preparation for today’s game.
What the press don’t say though is that they stayed at the Radisson on Wednesday night.
