Yesterday, I was lucky to be one of the 500 cyclist riding to raise money for both Velindre Cancer Centre and the South West Wales Cancer Centre. Two very worthwhile causes.

It was great to ride with my colleagues (CSL Wheelers), Alistair King, Mark Draper, Nathan Horleston and friend of the group, Josh Llewelyn-Jones OBE. We had a great time! Here are some of the photos to prove it.
