Looking forward to spending the weekend with our good friends at the Hardwick in Abergavenny.

Had a really good cycle today from Merthyr to Cardiff with my Brother Michael and my friend Bret and his son Tom.

Total cycling time was about three and a half hours.

Now I have a really sore bum and no doubt my legs with let me know about it tomorrow!!
