Cardiff City thrashed 4. 0, Liverpool losing to Chelsea and Dai Young’s Wasps lose to Bath.

C’mon Toulon you have got to beat Munster.

Morning cycle finished. Quick shower and then settle in front of the TV for Sunderland v Cardiff City – c’mon the Bluebirds!!

Followed by Toulon v Munster.

Apparently the weather forecast for the weekend is rain. Only one thing to do sit in front of the TV and watch Heineken Cup Rugby and Cardiff City.

Day off tomorrow – Fantastic!

Bad news, front wheel on bike is flat but went to Halfords today and bought a pump and puncture kit. All set for mechanical operation on front wheel tomorrow morning.

Big day ahead for the Bluebirds. A must win game against Crystal Palace.

All big days need a big start, so I am in Marks and Spencer waiting for my Full Marks Breakfast.
