Cardiff Blues v Ulster

Another big home game tonight as we welcome Ulster to CAP. Blues have started well and secured the first points with two successful penalty kicks.

Spoke to soon, poor tackling has led to two Ulster tries. Now blues 9 Ulster 17

It would appear that they have changed the quick line out rules over the summer. Extremely poor refereeing so far this half.

Second half is falling apart for the Blues. A game truly over and still 20 minutes to go.

Keeping fingers and toes crossed that Ulster don’t score 50 points. Score now 48. 19.

Game over, at last and final score has stayed under 50.

Cardiff Blues v Treviso

A good bonus point win this evening. But with the Blues falling asleep for most of the second half and then having Bradley Davies sin binned with 10 minutes to go, it did not seem the fourth try would come. Come it did in the last minute of the game and scored by new signing Campese Ma,afu.
A great result but worked still to be done. Well done the blues.

Cardiff Blues v Treviso

It’s match day again and today is Italian day. We welcome Treviso to Cardiff Arms Park for an early evening kick off, followed by a meal with Friends. Guess where? Yes, at a local Italian Restaurant.

This is the fourth game of the season and the second at home. Our record to date is 2/3 wins, both away. So today will hopefully be our first home win of the season – c’mon the Blues!
